Core competencies

User testing and research
I use my engineering and experimental psychology background to investigate user interaction and behavior in a structured and systematic way to find the moments that matter and the areas that create unwanted friction.

User Experience Design
As much as I enjoy collecting and analyzing user research, I enjoy putting these insights to use and taking them all the way from low-fidelity wireframes to production-ready designs ready for deployment.
Knowledge sharing
My main drive is providing knowledge and creating actual value for users and the people around me. Here I draw on my education in graphical design to help visualize and tell complex stories in an understandable way.

Teamwork & communication
I have used and improved this skill in the daily work in cross-functional teams and the day-to-day management of UX interns and student assistants.

Problem-solving
For me, problem-solving starts with asking the right questions. I enjoy working in an experiment-based environment where instead of betting on assumptions we create hypotheses and go out and test to find the answers.
